Course Description:
This training is focused on the roles and function of BPA MDT members. The training will begin with restorative justice framework in which interventions for CICL are anchored. Participants will also develop positive attitude in working with CICL once they understood the tenets of restorative justice framework. The training will give an overview of case management process with emphasis on the intervention component which is the main function of BPA. All workshops, lectures and discussion will be synthesized through case analysis at the end of the training.
Objectives:
- Increase understanding in restorative justice framework in working with Multi-disciplinary Team in Bahay Pag-Asa
- Improved assessment and intervention skills
- Used the knowledge and skills in case analysis
